Located only 3 blocks from the Hyatt Hotel at 149 East 39th Street (between 3rd & Lexington and a few blocks from the Mid-Town Tunnel). These apartments suites offer great features such as daily maid service and all equipped kitchens for the studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Private phone lines and cable TV, laundry in the basement and many restaurants in the area that also deliver. Dishwashers are available in the one & two bedroom suites. Full health club facilities are now available in the residence, includes recumbent bike, stair master, treadmills, and weights.

- Jr. 1 Bedroom Suite - 1 to 2 persons, $215 / night (45m2 or 450 sqft, 1 queen bed & 1 queen sofa bed)
- 1 Bedroom Suite - 1 to 4 persons, $260 / night (60m2 or 600 sqft, 1 king or 2 double beds & 1 queen sofa bed)
- Executive 1 Bedroom Suite - 1 to 4 persons, $295 / night (60m2 or 600 sqft, 1 king or 2 queen beds & 1 queen sofa bed)
- 2 Bedroom Suite - 1 to 6 persons, $425 / night (100m2 or 1000 sqft, 2 queens, 2 doubles & 1 queen sofa bed)
Special VIP Rooms, with full outside terraces available upon requests.
